Spring Festival, a very successful first edition!
On Saturday 18 March 2023, the first Spring Festival took place at the Auberge Les Murets in Chandolas, bringing together around one hundred people.
The programme was rich in discoveries and encounters with a walk on biodiversity and local plants commented by Eric Lapierre, manager of the Jardins d'élise in Lussas and the presence of 7 exhibitors (producers, craftsmen and local creators): Mas Sophia, Domaine de Cassagnole, Vannerie Métisse, Ard'cut, Distillerie du Bois de Païolive, Les Ardélous and Les Jardins d'élise.
A cocktail invented for the occasion was served before the meal, which had the theme of flowers as its common thread. The visits to the hotel were a great success, as was the farmers' market.
This day placed under the sign of sharing makes it possible to create a local dynamic, to develop the know-how of the Ardèche, to develop local tourism and to weave links, as much with the general public as between the professionals present.
Open all year round, the Auberge Les Murets is a human experience, to be experienced!
