☕ Our gourmet buffet breakfast is not to be missed! It's served on the ground floor of the establishment in the breakfast room or on the terrace, depending on the weather, from 7.30am to 10am.
 
Sweet, savoury, gluten-free, hot or cold, you'll find our full range of products to get your day off to a good start: fresh local and seasonal fruit, pastries, homemade pastries, speciality breads, homemade jams, spreads, chestnut cream and artisan Ardèche honey, dried fruit, cereals, local yoghurts and custards, fromage frais, mature cheeses, cold and hot cooked meats, eggs, etc.

  • Lunch service from 12.15pm to 1.30pm
  • Evening service from 7.15pm to 8.30pm
  • Closed Mondays and Fridays for lunch
  • lunchtime menu at €25 (starter, main course, coffee)
  • Menus from €36 to €50 & à la carte dishes too

Our «Local» menu has been selected by the Goûtez l'Ardèche quality label, attesting to the chef's professionalism and the use of at least 80% of local, seasonal ingredients.

➡️ The chef's picnic is perfect for a day out, a packed lunch or a quick snack. This €17 picnic is packed in biodegradable and/or recyclable containers and prepared with as much care as the dishes served at our table.

 

The composition of our baskets :
  • 1 mixed salad or 1 seasonal sandwich
  • 1 packet of crisps
  • 1/2 Picodon PDO & a piece of bread
  • 1 piece of seasonal fruit or 1 homemade compote
  • homemade brownie
  • 25 cl apple juice

 

💡 Service open 7 days a week, except Monday lunchtimes: remember to book before 4pm the day before, at reception.

 

This picnic has been selected by the Goûtez l'Ardèche quality label, guaranteeing the use of local, seasonal ingredients and quality Ardèche products.

This bar and snack area serves savoury and sweet snacks accompanied by hot and cold drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic.

  • Open from 8am to 10pm, every day except Monday lunchtime.
  • For on-the-spot nibbling, the service is open from 2pm to 6pm.
