- Where is Auberge Les Murets located?
Les Murets is located in Chandolas, in the southern Ardèche, near the road leading to Alès, in a peaceful rural setting, amongst vineyards and hills, close to the Ardèche Gorges and the Cévennes. It is ideally situated for exploring the Ardèche, Gard, Drôme, Vaucluse, Lozère and Haute-Loire. It is the perfect base from which to discover the region’s landscapes, villages, rivers and activities.
The establishment occupies a restored Cevennes farmhouse, Since 2020, the building has been extended to provide more comfortable spaces and Prestige category rooms.

- What do I use my credit card details for when booking?
At Les Murets, your credit card details are used as security in the event of a no-show.
- Can I bring my pet?
At Auberge Les Murets, pets are not permitted on the premises.

- We welcome groups of up to 32 people in double rooms or 16 people in single rooms.
- Tailor-made activities are available (canoeing, kayaking, paddling, cycling, wine workshops, visits to wine cellars or producers, potholing, visits to caves, museums, with or without a guide).
- A 27 m² room is available for shared activities, seminars, etc.

– Is there a room service or a drinks machine?
No, but in the conservatory – which is open 24 hours a day – cold and hot drinks, as well as ice cream, are available. These items will be charged at the end of your stay.
- What are the check-in and check-out times?
- You can arrive from 2pm.
- Rooms must be vacated by 11am. You can use the relaxation area for the rest of the day.
- What happens if we're delayed?

- Is it possible to benefit from a late start?
Yes, late check-outs are possible.

Depending on the package you book, breakfast may be included or available at an additional cost during your stay at Auberge Les Murets.
- When and where can I have breakfast?
Breakfast at Les Murets is served from 7.30 am to 10 am, every day.
It is served on the ground floor of the hotel in the breakfast room or on the terrace, depending on the weather, and always with a view of the surrounding park.
- How much does breakfast cost?
Breakfast at Les Murets costs €18 per person.
- What can I eat for breakfast?
Breakfast at Auberge Les Murets is generous and delicious.
It consists overwhelmingly of homemade products or those sourced from local producers: sweet and savoury options, gluten-free choices, hot and cold dishes, and brunch (fresh local and seasonal fruit, pastries, homemade cakes, speciality breads, homemade jams, local spreads, artisanal chestnut cream and Ardèche honey, dried fruit, cereals, local yoghurts and custards, fromage blanc, mature cheeses, cold cuts (hot and cold), eggs …). A real treat to start the day.

The half-board option at Les Murets is available for stays of 3 days or more, and includes:

The half-board menu changes every evening, depending on the season, and is set (taking your food allergies into account).
- Does Les Murets have a spa?
Yes. Access to the Murets relaxation area is included for hotel guests, No extra charge and no advance booking required.
It comprises:
- 1 heated swimming pool (from 1 May to 30 September, (in keeping with the Ardèche weather)
- 2 hot tubs*
- 1 sauna open from 3 pm to 7 pm*
- 1 sunroom
* These facilities are accessible from the 1 April to 31 October.
These periods may vary slightly depending on the weather, to ensure comfort and energy efficiency.
The swimming pool will be completely renovated in spring 2026. Voluntarily shallower, it will require less water: a more responsible choice to reduce the resources used, while preserving the pleasure and well-being of swimming.

Yes, massages are available by appointment at Les Murets, provided by our professional partner therapists.

Restaurant
- What is the philosophy behind the kitchen?
Seasonal cuisine that's easy to understand, generous and delicious, focused on taste, the product and the pleasure of sharing a good meal.
For over 20 years, the restaurant has been a member of the «Goutez l’Ardèche» scheme and offers a ‘local’ menu. This attests to the quality and local sourcing of the produce, as well as the professionalism of the chef, Dominique Rignanèse.
We work with local producers to offer high-quality produce in our restaurant, as part of our commitment to short supply chains and a strong local presence. Many of these producers’ products are available in our shop, allowing customers to extend their dining experience.
– Is the restaurant open to non-residents?
Yes, the Les Murets restaurant is open to the public, even if you’re not staying at the hotel.
You are welcome to enjoy our restaurant in Chandolas even if you are not staying at the hotel. It’s the perfect opportunity to discover traditional, hearty cuisine in a friendly setting, made with local produce and entirely homemade.

Yes. Les Murets are European Ecolabel certified Since 2023, this official distinction has been awarded for responsible management of water, energy, waste and purchasing.
