Late return, wifi code, television, telephone

Your room

To contact reception, dial 9 from your room telephone.

- Wake-up calls by telephone: contact reception.

- For late arrivals: reception is open until 11pm. Ask reception for the access code if you wish to arrive later.

- Rooms must be vacated by 11am. Late check-out on request.

- Security: make sure you close your windows or shutters to prevent anyone from entering your room during the day or at night.

 

We remind you that :

- All our rooms are non-smoking.

- Pets are not allowed in the rooms.

🛜 To access wifi: select the free, code-free «Wifi_LesMurets» network displayed on your device.

Then open your web browser; a page will appear, tick the box and that's it!

using a landline telephone

📞 To make an outside call, dial 0 and then your number (unit cost 0.20 euros).

🚨 In case of emergency, you can contact reception 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, by dialling 9 from the landline telephone in your room.

Using television

📺 All the classic DTT channels and foreign channels are available.

With the Chromecast service, you can access all your favourite subscriptions and applications directly on the TV (Netflix, films on demand, series, sports or news). Once connected to Wi-Fi, simply scan the QR code displayed on the TV to connect your device (smartphone, tablet or computer).

Reception desk

🗝️ The reception team is on hand to deal with any queries you may have, from 7.30am to 8.30pm.
