Les Murets is located in Chandolas, in the southern Ardèche, Situated in a peaceful rural setting, between vineyards and hills, close to the Ardèche gorges and the Cévennes, and ideally situated for travelling to the Ardèche, Gard, Drôme, Vaucluse, Lozère and Haute-Loire.
The establishment occupies a restored Cevennes farmhouse, Since 2020, the building has been extended to provide more comfortable spaces and Prestige category rooms.

For almost 30 years, the restaurant has been a member of the Goutez l'Ardèche label, offering a «local» menu. This attests to the quality and local sourcing of the produce, as well as the professionalism of the chef, Dominique Rignanèse.
