Our restaurant will delight your taste buds with its menu proposals or à la carte dishes. Local flavours, vegetarian or gourmet menus... there is something for everyone!
All our dishes are home-made using fresh, local and seasonal produce. Our suppliers are organic or sustainable producers, working as close as possible to our establishment, in the Ardèche.
Our cuisine is gourmet and generous, echoing the gastronomic tradition of our country. The service, known as "à la française", is of the highest quality: cloth tablecloths and napkins, a real cheese platter... even the crumbs disappear before the dessert!
